Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
14-day legal cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.

Return policy
At GlowSmile, our priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels and packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
- For all approved returns, 5% of the purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. This fee covers the costs of processing, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item. This fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation and the amount (minus the 5% restocking fee) will be refunded to the original payment method within a few business days.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is a defective or incorrectly delivered item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
